"Absolutely shocking experience in sunset water sports. I always liked the shop and have purchased a wetsuit and other bits and pieces over the years. Went in to the shop today and seen there was a few customers waiting, this was not a problem and I processed to look around the shop as I was waiting to talk to the owner, I noticed he was looking in my direction as he was dealing with other customers. When he was free he came over and I asked him about my query regarding two life jackets I have that needed rearming, after a brief talk I said I would bring them in next week. He proceeded to say do you have them with you and looked into my Elverys shopping bag, that was two small to fit one life jacket never mind two. I have never been so insulted in my life and put my bag on the floor and said you are welcome to have a good look into it, I know what you are suggesting I came into your store to do."
