"It was such a wonderful day. We all gather d in the morning and we’re welcomed to Olives home with open arms and a lovely breakfast spread of fruit, yoghurt, biscuits, tea & coffee. The hall for the Pilates and mindfulness was lovely and warm, with a great view of nature on its doorstep. Olive does an excellent job teaching the correct form and technique and I learnt so much in just a few hours. We then went to a local restaurant for a lunch that would have fed a team of giants, followed by an exhilarating and informative guided walk through the local Moat park. After the walk we returned to Olives for some more Pilates and mindfulness before heading home, exhausted and happy. I had such a good day I’ve signed up for classes with Olive and can’t wait to get started! I highly recommend a retreat with Olive!"

"I spend day in Olive Keyes Pilates resort. I enjoyed talking to nice people. The day nice introduction to Pilates like how postoral alligement is very important. The medication was excellent. The food in Hannons hotel was brillant. Then nice lady called Ellish gave tour of Mote Conservation Park learing about the history and the nature of the Mote Conservation Forest. Then back to studio lovely studio light stretched like hundred. Then left after meditation again feeling engerised and relaxed. Thank you Olive for excellent day."

"There were seven participants in the class. We received a warm welcome from Olive in her lovely spacious studio. It is not necessary to have previous Pilate experience as Olive takes us back to basics. We started with Pilates Postural Analysis and correct Pilates breathing. How to engage the pelvic/core muscles and the correct way to stand with posture. Because of a planned walk later in the day we learned to put what we had learned into practice in the studio. This produced lots of laughs as we paced about. Olive provided great individual guidance, motivating and encouraging us in a professional manner. We enjoyed a lovely lunch in Hannon's Hotel which is in close proximity. We were provided with a menu via email from Olive so service was quick and efficient. After our leisurely lunch, we drove to Mote Conservation Forest |Park which was just up the road from the Hotel. Eilish Feely and Marie Gillooley provided an amazing tour. Snippits of history, folklore and interesting facts were shared in beautiful surroundings. We experienced the magic of Fairy Forts, the history of the Crofton Family, and numerous marked trails. A place to revisit in the future. The guided tour is essential so that no stone remains unturned! Back to the Pilates retreat centre for our Restoration Pilates class, followed by some gentle stretching and finishing with guided Mindfulness meditation. What a wonderful way to end an amazing day. I felt rejuvenated and energised as I bid farewell to Olive and the lovely ladies in the group. The day brought a unique experience to me, it surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend Olive's Wellness Staycation to all age groups. It's a wonderful introduction to Pilates with the additional benefit of an insight to Mindfulness meditation."
