"AVOID! After being sent the wrong colour shoes and a dress with a mark on it I immediately tried to phone the store and I emailed them. I got no answer from either. After opening a PayPal case I eventually got a very rude response where they completely refuted my claim even though my order receipt clearly states a different colour to the one they sent. I haven't experienced such awful customer service in a long time. In response to the shop's comment below: I tried multiple channels of contact with the shop (phone and email). I must have rang 10 times a day! They ignored me until I open a Paypal case. They had sent me the wrong colour shoes and I originally asked them for an exchange. There was a mark on the dress and I also would have accepted an exchange. But they left me weeks waiting for a reply. And when they did reply they were incredibly rude. At the end of the day Paypal reviewed my case and found in my favour which just proves that this shop should be avoided! Their comment below just shows how little respect they have for their customers. They should be apologizing for bad customer service."

"Ordered two dresses that I was expecting within 3-5 working days unfortunately I didn't realise it would take 14 days (pre order). After day 7 I sent several emails and called on numerous occasions with no reply. Luckily I had used PayPal to make payment. I reported item not received within 30 minutes of making the report the shop cancelled my order. I responded to the email asking why my order was cancelled, I received a very cold email back stating I asked for a refund which I did not. All I wanted to know was where my order was instead of cancelling it, they could of just responded to my emails. The lady I was dealing with via email was extremely rude and was more concerned about the shop being blackened with PayPal. After a week waiting for my refund. I had to send them another email stating that if I had not received my refund by lunch time I would be escalating PayPal, within 2 hours I had received a confirmation that I had received my refund. They cancelled my order and then didn't even bother refunding until I contacted them again. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour the staff are extremely rude. Yes it did say it would take 14 days at one stage throughout purchasing. The email I received said 5 to 7 days. It was after 7 days when I cancelled not 5. I had tried to call on numerous occasions and sent several emails. Due no respond. You left me with no choice but to cancel. You were very quick to respond when i cancelled to be extremely rude and say i was giving the company a bad name due to cancelling. Take responsibility for the mistake you made. I am happy to email the above as perhaps you don't read emails unless it for refunds."
