"Would not even give this place 1 star. No inclusive sizing available. Staff are ignorant and extremely rude, the older lady is quick to comment on appearances and not in a nice way! Avoid this shop at all costs."
"The older lady who I presume is the owner is extremely rude. She was quick to comment on the weight of an 18 year old girl who was trying on grad dresses for the first time and then refused to allow another girl to try on a dress as she assumed she had makeup on (which wasn’t the case). Would not recommend this store at all. They have about 5 styles in different colours and that’s it. You’d be wasting your time here. Shocking customer service. Similar reviews show that this wasn’t a once off. AVOID AVOID AVOID!"

"Very disappointing, staff comments were very inappropriate and hurtful about how we looked in the dresses. Comments were made about how we could improve our appearance. In this day an age you would think they would have a better understanding of how to deal with customers, especially if you want to make a sale. They lost three sales this day"
"Service in this shop is absolutely horrendous, I wouldn't even give it one star. Staff are so unhelpful. Two of the 3 dresses I tried on also had holes in them to which the shop assistant said you can just repair it yourself but no prove reduction. Dresses look a lot different in person. . Really wouldn't recommend here"
