"Buyer beware, this company does not have a refund policy which we only found out after the fact. I don't generally give reviews but please read this review and all the other 1* reviews on this company before you consider doing business with them. This company should not be trusted. They lack very basic professional customer service experience. Their communication style is both aggressive and one-sided. They hung up on me when I asked about their refund policy. Be aware they do not provide a plumber for fitting the equipment and their delivery man was rude and insulting to our friends who helped him load the range into the house. We paid several thousands for our range and their after sales care is non-existent. Really, really urge you to shop elsewhere, this company doesn't deserve your business."
"This company is tops. Great friendly staff. I placed my order for my new stove. 9 days later it was installed by 2 gentle men. No fuss. They were totally professional. I can highly recommend Gordon's for all heating requirements. Well done Gordon's."
"My parents bought a Stanley range (Eur 2,750) from here. It is not fit for purpose. The ashtray is way too small so the ashes flows out. When my Dad went back to get a tray that fits properly, the owner wanted to charge Eur20 for a new on, although the one that came with the range is not fit for purpose. We tried contacting by phone also & the lady on the phone was rude & did not want to hear about any issues we had. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend buying anything from this shop."
"This store has a huge range of stoves at very keen prices. Their staff are also very knowledgeable a they can arrange delivery and installation. On the downside, the location is rural and can be quite a trek for most people. When they are busy, it can be difficult to get the attention of an expert who will provide the needed time to help choose a stove."
"If I could give zero stars I would.. When we 1st arrived we couldn't get over the amount of stoves ranges electric fires etc. But when we went to ask for help to price and measure stuff they were so unhelpful and I don't think even cared if they made a sale or not they are also overly priced we seen a stove we liked and priced it we then left as we were annoyed with the lack of help they were giving us went to another store and found the exact same stove for half the price wouldn't recommend going truly disappointing"
