"Fantastic and friendly hosts. They have lots of information on tours and sights available on a stand in the reception area. My room was lovely and warm and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious- as good as it gets! Location is excellent, only a five minute drive to the city. I will definitely stay here again."

"Good day Irene Augustine Let me first express my sincere disappointment in the way you treated my Pastor in your premises. Not finding the booking after the guests and I told you my name and surname was so unbelievable. Wanting to give accommodation into a corrugated iron-walled out building room (shack) is a disgrace. Chasing guests out of your premises because they say the room walled with corrugated iron sheets is a shack was so uncalled for (I have you on recorded call stating, they are calling your room a shack and you are showing them the gate). For sure you were not expecting them to stand outside your premises until you send me the email below stating you have now find the booking. They have went and booked in somewhere else. Telling me that after all has happened you will not refund me my deposit is showing your lack of customer care. The ] apology you tendered is hereby not accepted. You have until tomorrow morning to give me back the refund of R1000 deposit to my bank account:"
