"Just happened, Till #3 gets opened scanning our goods the agent scans 2 bedsheets at +2 euro the listed price. We express the price is incorrect And he takes us to the good. Notices the price is wrong and removes the incorrect label (correctly named incorrect sku) We get back to the till and he voids the two receipts out of the transaction. We say no we still want them at the price we just correctly ascerted it is. His response no you can’t because it’s not the right sku… He proceeds to: And Takes the product out of one of the bags, places the other from the bag pack space on the checkout to the cash register and refuses to sell. We say we’re still buying at this higher price but I’d like to discuss with your manager. He is the Manager. Only delighted lidl is opening next week."
