"Place is full of great staff. Very helpful, will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Went in for shoes and was served by Sean I think. Initially he was going for lunch but he put the customer first and dealt with myself. Fair play great job."
"Staff walked by me when I entered, both didn't greet me. I was 1 of 2 customers in the store. Unfortunately only 1 pair of air max in the ladies section. And I asked for air max 90s. She said she didn't know them to try Philip's menswear or Paul byrons shoes. Both stores don't carry brand name runners. I thought she was joking!"
"In 2 minds about here. Depends on staff member you get. We called here today Thursday looking for a jacket for our son. The first girl we asked said if we have it its there. When asked if she could search other stores she said no. We were about to leave when I went to pay for a small item I had picked up. We happened to ask another girl and she checked all stores for what we wanted and as it happened discovered they had what we needed in the back. Better staff training needed."
"Newly done up and it's brilliant easy to find what your looking for. I was here yesterday and the gentleman that served us could not be more helpful (great when one meets lovely staff, well me anyway) they now have a great sale too from clothes to trainers !!!!"
