We were served by Feile, who provided one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time. She was happy to help but allowed us our space to look around, not being pushy or overbearing. I found a ring that I liked but it was not in my size, so she quickly arranged to have it sized up by the jeweller on site. My mother was trying to choose between two rings, and sensing my mother’s hesitation, Feile presented another ring that she thought may be suitable…. And it was perfect! Feile was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Would highly recommend Claddagh Jewellers to anyone!"

"While my family and I were in Galway on vacation my sisters and I all got jewelry from Claddagh Jewellers as a reminder of our trip together. Unfortunately, since this necklace was purchased in August, 2016 it has broken 4-5 times. I believe the necklace cost around $200 and every time I had to bring it in to get fixed cost me another $25. This pendant has a lot of sentimental value to me, but at this rate it is costing me at least a $100 a year to keep fixing. I have never had this problem with any of my other necklaces and it seems that the reason is because of how the chain was made. If I had lived locally I would of brought this back to Claddagh Jewellers and requested to exchange this necklace for a chain that was not as cheaply made. Even better, it would be lovely if someone could reach out and address my concern. Eva"
