"Overall the experience was not bad. The jewelry is very beautiful and seems to be well made. We had purchased one of the silver Clauddagh rings with an opal heart imbued into the center. It is held in by 4 seperate clasps. Well two days after wearing it, one of the four clasps broke off and the opal fell out. This was in the car in the front passenger seat, luckily we found the opal on the ground. I had expected to call them and they would fix it no issues and even cover shipping costs as it’s their product that was overly fragile or potentially not made correctly. They told me that it left the store in new conditon so it must have been my wife’s fault for catching it on something and breaking it off. She wears multiple rings for years on end and none of them have ever had a clasp break off. That goes to show the quality put into this specific ring. They told me they would not cover shipping costs and also were not positive if they would be able to fix it free of charge. So I spent money on a beautiful ring for it to break two days later and the merchant failed to stand behind their product. 99% of merchants and businessmen(businesswomen) I’ve dealt with in recent years have always fixed broken products and covered shipping. I have always left stellar reviews for their customer service. For this experience I rate a one star. I’ll have to go to a jeweler at home and spend the money out of pocket to have it mounted correctly."

"My 17 year son bought a Lorus watch for €140 from this shop. Complete rubbish! Took watch back, Fallers said watch had fallen and wasn’t covered. Shop returned watch to my son unfixed. By time it returned not alone was inside of glass coming apart but the silver in all the digits had fallen off and was a total mess. Don’t go near the place! Very bad customer service..so much for Customer is always right!"
