We went back to the shop this evening and i explained to the lady at the counter what happened and complained to her that it was poor quality and this should not happen. She was very aggressive towards me and did not apologise about the poor workmanship. She got another lady to approach me and i explained the same to her. This lady was even more aggressive and ordered me out of the shop immediately and would not entertain my complaint. This is the worst customer service i have ever witnessed and i have travelled around the world and never saw anything like this before We will never buy anything here ever again"
