"Be cautious they do not refund the deposit even after returning them back in the same condition in which it was received."
"I had a terrible time here as a student. The rules aren’t enforced and half the time I was seeking alternative accommodation as I was so uncomfortable in my house. Any issues brought up weren’t resolved properly by management."
"My son spent 2 years here. He loved it."
"Grand place to live for college but hasn't been upgraded since it was built. TV would have been very good back in '01 all the drains are blocked which the owners make you pay for. It's a non smoking complex which can be fine for non smokers but if you're unlucky enough to smoke you have to go outside to the front of the complex (smoking outside while still in the complex results in a 100 euro fine according to license agreement) which is ironic because staff of centrepoint don't follow their own rules. The bins are located in a room down in the basement which means on a hit day you could be knocked out by the fumes. Also the bike shed is down in the basement and any bikes locked outside front of complex are confiscated. Security is very odd, you need your key fob to use the elevator so any guests will have to be met at the front door or at the elevator if they manage to get in past first security door which is scarily easier then you'd imagine. Without you meeting your guests they have to walk at least 3 flights of stairs and you then have to walk them to the elevator when they are leaving, on that note there is no on site security meaning there is a call out charge for any time you need to contact security team. The staff do get lots done when informed of issues. But simple problem like missing inventory items can sometimes take a while to be replaced. Unusual amounts are taken from the deposit for "cleaning" and other unusual amounts. The furniture hasn't been changed either and it is very uncomfortable. Not allowed to put up decorations or posters and as a result the walls are very bland."
"Nice , could be closer to town and a bit expensive. But very nice apartments"
