"Unprofessional in all aspects. Made a consultation appointment as new customers for myself and 2 sons five weeks in advance to coincide with half term holidays. The day before received a phone call to confirm the appointment and was told that my children could not be in the surgery unsupervised while my cleaning was happening. I informed the receptionist that I hadn’t made an appointment for a cleaning just a consultation and was told okay that’s fine just ring us in the morning to confirm that I didn’t want the cleaning appointment but the consultation for all three of us would be okay. Called the dentists on the morning of the appointment to confirm that I only wanted consultation appointments for 3 new patients and was asked to get their early to fill in paper work. Said that I would try but couldn’t guarantee I would be able to - work childcare etc. As I was leaving to attend the appointment I received a call from the surgery to say that the dentist would only see me and not the children. I enquired why and was told “well the dentist has said that he won’t have the children running around the surgery” while I was having my consultation. I was quite startled by the this and asked for it to be repeated. It was. I asked for my appointment to be cancelled so that he would just see the children and I was told no he has said he will only see you. Absolutely dreadful dreadful service. If this is an adult only practice advertise as so, don’t take bookings for children and train your receptionist how to mask the arrogant and offensive attitude that is obviously held by the dentist towards children."

"I have never had a worse experience at the dentist, I went to get my teeth cleaned and the dentist couldn’t have been more rude and unprofessional, it was like he was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. He spoke to me as if I was a child (I’m twenty four) and I left feeling very small and embarrassed. I’m moving to a different dentist, why spend €100 to be spoken to like that?"

"My regular dentist was ill and off work so I made an appointment with Kingston dental for a filling and was met with a completely unprofessional and rude attitude from the dentist. I was humiliated, told I would have to "make up my mind" about what I needed done and then told It would cost up to 15 grand for implants and was not given another option. As a woman who attends the dentist regularly and has never had much problem before I left bewildered and upset. Will not be returning."
