"Would highly recommend Aishling the dental hygienist at 3 dental Galway. Very professional, positive, and down to earth person. She makes time to speak you, whilst also been very informative and identifying simple and practical ways to look after your dental hygiene. I also dealt with a lovely receptionist who was very helpful and accommodating to anything I asked. Will certainly return as always!"
"I was quite a happy customer of 3 Dental in Galway until today. I arrived late to an appointment with the Hygienist, on a Friday evening, to quite a busy reception area that had two queues and two deep. The receptionist saw me arrive, all be it a tad late. When I got to the desk she took my details and my appointment time, she told me to take a seat. I did and took my coat off. She approached me a minute or two later and informed me that I wouldn't be seen as I was late and would have to reschedule. Two minutes over the allotted 10 minute grace period. I explained that I had been in the queue long before the ten minute grace period was up, she agreed and went into see the Hygienist but was told I'd have to reschedule as I was over the time allotted. I refused that as I had been there in time but a bit late. So after making a 22Km round trip in rush hour traffic to get there 3 Dental have now lost my custom. Not only for the future treatment I needed according to the dentist I had happily seen and had previous work done with but also that of my wife and son that had also become customers on my recommendation. Can't really blame 3 Dental but their Hygienist in Galway has just lost three customers."

Both the dentist and hygienist both were very nice and very informative. I’m will definitely be back. Best dentist visit I’m ever had and I had braces for 4 years. Definitely recommend"
