"Went on multiple visits, wasted money each time. Every appointment I was given a different physio, each giving different diagnosis, treatment and advice. Left waiting over 40 minutes at final appointment with no apology. Given custom orthotics at high price, that wouldn't fit into any of my footwear. I've talked to a few people who have used them, and the experience seems to be very hit and miss. Needless to say I haven't returned and don't recommend them."
"Excellent physiotherapist. Having had the misfortune to require William's services a second time, for a different problem, I can state that his disgnostic skills are top notch. You realise quickly you are literally in the hands of an expert. I hope to see very little of William in the future, but when I need help I know exactly where to go. Surgery is located in the square behind the Library and Museum off College Street, next to the Cathedral. They supply the car park code with your appointment text confirmation, which is smart."
