"This is different. What a crazy place to have in the middle of nowhere Ireland. Although it's Europe and truck stops are so much fun for food and shopping."
"If you're looking for a great pit stop when travelling, the Barack Obama Plaza is definitely worth checking out. This place has everything you need to refuel and get back on the road quickly. The food and coffee here are excellent, and there are plenty of options to choose from. One of the best things about the Barack Obama Plaza is how well-organised it is. They have plenty of parking spaces available, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot to park your car. Additionally, the staff are friendly and efficient, making your visit here a breeze. Another great feature of this plaza is the availability of chargers for electric cars. This is a fantastic service for anyone who's driving an electric vehicle, as it means you can recharge your car while grabbing a bite to eat or a coffee. I highly recommend stopping by the Barack Obama Plaza if you're on the move and looking for a place to rest and refuel. With its excellent food and coffee options, ample parking, and electric car chargers, it's definitely one of the best rest stops around."
"Great little unexpected museum showcasing part of Ireland's emigration story. Perfect stop off the motorway offering lots of choice for food (fast food, deli / bakery, pizza etc), drinks (decent coffee!), snacks etc. Lovely staff. Restrooms and lots of parking. Good rest & refuelling stop."
"Always mad busy but what a great place! Plenty of parking and the toilets are always spotless despite the droves going through them each day. Mac’s Deli is lovely as is Papa John’s pizza. Supermac’s is always queued out. It’s always a nightmare to get seating inside and out but eventually you do."
"It was a trip to see this gas station center all dedicated to Obama who's ancestor was from here. This place is a celebration of it. There are photos of his visit. You can eat here, see exhibits and get gas. It's worth seeing this site if you're in the area!"
