"I left my number in 2 occasions asking to be called back urgently as my daughter was unwell, I was dismissed poorly saying somebody would have called back. I called back 3 times in 2 different day and nobody answered as it's close 1 full hour from 1 to 2 (a medical centre!) . Eventually today someone took my call and I've been said the opposite of the previous time saying they are fully buck and wouldn't take a new patient (my teenage daughter) as they are fully booked and no more help was given. Very poor customer service and bad telephone manners. I certainly wouldn't reccomend this medical centre based on my experience!"
