"If I could give less than a star I would, a horrible practice, very careless, misdiagnosed me with anxiety for years turns out it was a debilitating chronic illness which I informed them I think I may have and was told its my anxiety talking, turns out I was right great practice for gaslighting patients, make an appointment also 3 weeks in advance before your sickness or you wont be seen."

"When calling this business you receive a voice recording which includes a nice message (paraphrasing) "If you abuse our staff, we will get rid of you". I haven't come across this lovely introduction before, but perhaps I am living a sheltered-life. If I was the business owner I would suspect an issue with my employees when customers are driven to angry verbal outbursts simply by speaking on the phone. Personally, I have been forgotten about for 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room because a receptionist didn't tell the GP I was there. I only queried this waiting time when my medical practitioner walked out of the premises for lunch. After lunch the GP apologised that he wasn't aware I was there. If I had complained (I didn't as we are all human after all) I could have been summarily dismissed as a client, according to the recorded message. I deduced on that occasion the problem wasn't the customer, but reception. The non-medical staff let this practice down, unfortunately."
"Disappointed to have been advised to expect a GP call at 12 pm one day, only to have to chase it up and be told to stand by all day as the GP may be busy. Call came after 4pm and as I was preoccupied with my toddler I missed this 12 second call. Trying to ring back only sends you in loops with an automated message and phone ringing out for several minutes. As I had work for the rest of the week, I was unable to dedicate another day to waiting by the phone, meaning it was another 6 days before I eventually had to attend out of hours Shannon Doc for an appointment. I needed urgent medication at this stage as I had suffered an extra week of illness. Had to reject a Covid Booster then offered as I was so unwell. Subsequently contracted Covid disease days later. I am just writing this to illustrate the point that one single delayed call can have disastrous knock on effects and additional weeks spent sick for your patients. Please address this issue going forwards."
"Kudos to Dr. Hanrahan and Dr. Marie Finn as they great people and top professionals but TERRIBLE customer care in this medical centre! Especially after the merging from the medical centres and the new building near Tesco everything has been a disaster. No empathy from the front desk to their customers, long waiting on the phone lines, no consistancy from what is written on their website and the info given over the phone and it seems those ladies at the fornt desk they often forget that customers pay their wages.I'd rather go to Galway every time I need a GP these days unfortunately. I'm a very disappointed customer."
