"Dear valued patients, Please remember we are TWO clinics attached to each other. I am sorry for the terrible experiences that I have read from some of the reviews. I spend time looking up to see if any of you are in the system and have not found any of you as having been presented into the clinic. Please know that there are two clinics together, And this page is for the one on the right hand side with the glass doors, right next to the Hi-Way Pub, With my name outside on a plaque. The one next door has RED doors and is called "Walk-In Medical Centre". We are "The Clinic". They do not appear on the map and it is very hard to find them online so people are putting their experiences as bad reviews on our page, which I hope you understand affects us and uses up time because we look up every bad review from a patient to see if what happened was in our building or not. All of them are confirmed by me and my colleagues and our system. Again, We are sorry to hear about the terrible experiences, but please try to remember that your review is going online about us and not the clinic next door, which is still not on the grid. "Would definitely recommend. Was able to get an appointment the same day. The Doctor and receptionist were both nice and friendly. Easy access, parking near the area and pharmacy right across the road."
"What an absolute joke of a quack. Went in to have a metal splinter removed from my hand. He proceeded to open fresh instruments on a table that was covered with bloody instrument from a previous procedure, bloody gauze and open packets of plaster with bloody finger print on them. I asked him kindly to just clear away the old surgery kit with the blood as he will be slicing into my hand and I would feel more comfortable. He through a fit and grabbed me by the arm to ushered me the door. Claiming he is a surgeon and I am a cleaner and I am to get out. I know we need doctors in this country but are we so desperate that we would subject out healthcare system to the like of this walking infection spreader? Shame on you."
"Would highly recommend this walk in Clinic the one with the all glass door rang reception and she told me no problem come in for appointment for 1.30 pm. Went in as been a Saturday and was no length waiting and have to say The Dr was so nice and spent time with me as I have not been in there as a patient before. He was so professional. Girl at reception lovely lady also. Very good for anyone at weekends if your own Dr not available and your in Pain."
