"I ordered 2 Halloween outfits from The Costume Shop and was thrilled to receive the parcel within 3 working days. The Gardaí outfit was true to size and fit my son well. However, the Harvey Quinn outfit size large 11-14 was way too big for my 11 year old daughter. After returning the outfit, The Costume Shop organised a replacement very efficiently and a size Medium arrived in the post in plenty of time for Trick or Treating. Since then I have ordered another outfit as a Christmas present and that also arrived very quickly. Would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again in the future."

"Next day delivery which was brilliant. However, when I received my item, the packing that contains my items (not the outer postal packaging) was already opened and one of the items was missing/not sent to me. This item should not have been posted to me in the state it was in and with an item missing. I mailed the shop and in fairness they responded very quick and said they will send a replacement. I appreciate the quick postage and response to my issue. Its just a shame about how the items were sent out in the first place."
