"A gave 3 stars because while I was able to buy what I wanted eventually, the staff were OK, but three members to staff were unable to sign on line to either order or check products in the clothing area. That problem raised it's ugly head in both of Portlaoise stores. For a customer, tjat is frustrating, ut almost looks like the staff cant be bothered, but I got what I wanted. I just think it's sad that there is a lack of internet signal, making it difficult fir members of staff."

"I like to visit this shopping centre as it can be convenient with parking facilities and a lot smaller. Great community atmosphere. Staff are great. Always so friendly and helpful."

"Great store with a good selection, the recent improvements are definitely to be applauded although the bike parking facilities seem like a bit of an after thought. With them being placed into a car park spot, with no dropped path it makes it harder for those with accessibility issues to park their bikes. With everything that was thought of this seemed like an oversight. Edited: Bike parking now available with updated facade and dropped paths."

"I was shopping in Dunnes during the week and I noticed a young lad starting his shift on the till. He seemed to be a newbie and the till was not working I think. He had to tell customers coming up to him that he was trying to get the till to work. He was very polite but a little frustrated as he called for help and no one came. I noticed a group of other staff standing around and talking but not one of them went to help him. This is not fair on new staff to be treated this way. I felt very sorry for him. Please treat your staff fairly."
