"Store was very very busy (Bank Holiday Saturday). I asked a staff member for help finding an item and she was extremely helpful and went and got the item for me and advised me with sizing. The queue was through the whole store and zig zagged but the staff at the tills were working so hard and were so polite. I feel that they could definitely improve the queue situation by having a better plan for busier days!"
