"Ordered one of the Thai duck dishes when it arrived up the whole dish was covered in duck feathers not edible at all when we rang up to ask for another to be sent down was told no probs be with you in 10 mins 50 mins later rang up to say leave it just refund us to be told that the feathers were off the vegetables (didn't realise vegetables could fly) and that there be no refund only store credit to which I responded we won't be ordering from here again and actually no food was ever on the way up!my husband then drove down with the dish some young lad at the desk who seen the dish, agreed with my husband and refunded him his cash! absolutely horrendous customer service used to be a lovely Chinese the last 6 months awful will never order from here again disgusting food and disgusting customer service"
"The "noodles (dry)" came covered in a sauce and despite asking for no mushrooms, both dishes had them in. The egg fried rice had almost no seasoning. The satay however tasted pretty good."
