"I would NOT recommend this letting agency to any students. Both my housemates and I got €20 of our deposits deducted for "cleaning" two years in a row. This year I was told my room only needed some "dusting" and the bathroom needed "freshening up". When I queried the price vs the cleaning that needed to be done I was told their private cleaners charge €20 per hour no matter how long the room takes to clean. If I had of known this I wouldn't have bothered dusting, cleaning and sweeping the room myself. Company built on fraud"
