Treacys Hotel Waterford

"Waited 15 minutes before being checjed in due to nobody at front desk. Bathtub was leaking and was unable to take bath. Took staff 4 seperate tries before they believed me and managed to fix it. First complaint was at 10pm. Was only fixed at about 1am. Room otherwise clean."

"Worst hotel stay! They didn’t let me select the room for 2 people and then when showed up after having to book the room for 1 person they charged me an extra €50 and the incompetent staff couldn’t give a reason as to why I was being charged this after already paying full price for the room. When I asked for a receipt I was not given one and told by the hotel staff to ‘ take a chill pill dear’ which is highly unprofessional and disrespectful . Will never be staying in this hotel again and would not recommend to anyone!"

"Stayed one night , rooms are needing re decorating. There is a jaded feel throughout the hotel. Only had breakfast, buffet style was fine. The young person I met when I arrived was very friendly and helpful."

"Got a great deal for this hotel through Lidl breaks. The room was basic but the beds were very comfortable. The food was lovely and the staff are professional and friendly. It's close to everything with free parking."

"Room was beautiful and cosy, bed was comfortable bathroom was just what u needed, very clean. Food was amazing very tasty, we had breakfast and evening meals without anything to complain about, staff were always around if we needed anything, pool was so relaxing, the location of the hotel was amazing, new years eve at this hotel was well thought of and we laughed and enjoyed every minute"
