"What a wonderful experience. It's a delightful place. The staff are very friendly and the manager is first class. We really enjoyed our lunch as the food was delicious. We had the warm lobster seafood platter. And started with the goat cheese salad and fish cake. Great selection of wines and desserts. Coffee was really good. Overall 5 star experience."

"Should be a 1 but the fish chowder I had was really good. We arrived around 5:20 pm with a reservation for 5:15. No one greeted us. Staff saw us, but didn't ask if we needed help. We had to ask someone where to check in (at the bar, apparently). We sat at the bar for a drink because our table wasn't ready, then got our table shortly after (around 5:30). We ordered quickly after sitting. Chowder and salad for a starter (came at 6:15, over 30 minutes wait for the starter). We order the special of the day (sea bass) and fish cakes. That came over 30 minutes after we received our appetizers. All the tables that sat after us had their apps/mains/desserts before we received our mains. The staff, including the manager never followed up on drinks or if we need anything in the hour we sat waiting for food aside from when they brought out the apps."

"Wonderful place that we came across. It is the perfect restaurant to eat delicious seafood and fish. Everything that we ordered was of excellent quality. Gluten-free options available. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Bookings may be encouraged because it can get busy. There is a back terrace overlooking the sea, which is spot-on for sunny days."

"Absolutely delicious food! Wonderful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive to our table. We had a variety of dishes. Including some calamari. The fish was tender and excellent. I'm kinda new to mushy peas, but they're not bad! Definitely worth stopping by for a bite if you're in the area"

"I have been a customer for few years now, and this place is still one of my favorites for great seafood. After a long overdue visit (we couldn't go last Christmas due to restrictions) we returned and the experience didn't disappoint. - Oysters were perfect, with a creamy pint of the black stuff makes it the best match. - Crab Claws. With the butter sauce, is always a choice every time we visit Linnane's. - Chowder is one of the best in the area. - Fish & Chips comes with a very generous portion of fish and it was really good. Staff is always friendly and attentive, although it took a little while to bring our mains, after the starters, place got really busy all of a sudden so it is understandable. Only suggestion I have : Please bring back the Crab cake! It was delicious (and the fish cakes are just not the same)."
