"I don't usually like to leave negative reviews but I'm so disappointed having found Visage through its good reviews. I felt like an inconvenience to the stylists throughout (except the lady who was washing hair, who was lovely). The hair cut from the director is probably the worst I've had, much shorter than I wanted and thinned out so much that it flicks out and frizzes. Its not what I asked for and I will have to grow it for at least 6 months to get it looking vaguely normal."
