"Went for my haircut this morning, on arrival I was told my hair stylist was no longer working there & I was booked in with someone else. I was shocked to say the least as I was not contacted about change in hair stylists, as I needed a cut I had no choice but to proceed with my cut. Now that I'm home & have a chance to inspect my cut I'm sorry to say I'm a disappointed. Very poor customer relations in my opinion."

"Got my nails done recently and the girl I had was so rough with the nail file and cuticle clippers she was hurting my skin and I have been left with cuts at the base of nearly every nail. She didn’t even apologise when she saw I was bleeding. I have been here before and never had problems but this is not ok a customer should not leave injured without even so much as an apology."
"Carol at Koztello....Very poor service...very disorganised...cancels n mixes up appointments at last minute.. At least be apologetic for mixing up appointments than conveniently saying things like these things happen. My friend was so hurt....you lost a loyal customer today. Also the receptionist is so rude and unprofessional at Koztello rather than taking care of the situation she said I don't get paid for this. Not recommended."
