"Rude staff and awful experience! Would never use their so-called salon. Their receptionist called at noon asking 'bout my appointment in the following week. I had asked politely if they could bleach my root when having my own hair extensions as other salons do. He was thrown off by the question and rudely told me that he didn't CARE if other salons did it and that his salon doesn't. Honestly, his choice of words was unnecessary and unprofessional. When I booked the appointment on the website, it hadn't said that I couldn't have my own hair extensions on. I never had as bad an experience as this one. After booking in Kazzano I booked a hotel in Galway so it would be closer as I live 4 hours away from there. I really thought it'd be worth it but apparently not. Do not recommend it!"

"SUCH a fabulous experience! Tara was literally the best hairdresser I have ever had! I have been living over seas for 8 years, have an amazing hairdresser so there was a lot to live up to. I had a very bad first experience of having my hair done in Ireland so researched a lot before i booked at Kazanoo. Tara gave me the best hair do i have ever had, the colour is gorgeous, the cut is perfect and the styling was amazing. Now im sad im leaving as its a long way back to Galway for another appointment with Tara!"
