"Got a perm here. The hairdresser was very good and attentive. The trainee made a mistake, resulting in a perm that was bad. Bits of my hair are straight and there is no curls at all in places and the roots are straight too. He had put the curling rods in very loosely and it felt like he didn’t know what to do. Disappointed as I was happy with my hair until the mistake happened."
"I had the most lovely experience here! I was greeted by Gemma, who was just the loveliest person! She was able to offer an appointment time that worked perfectly for me. I returned the following day, was promptly served a beverage and made to feel comfortable. Gemma started my wash, and ended with a gentleman who finished my wash with a scalp massage who was so nice! (Please forgive me- as I just went blank on his name!) Ana gave me exactly what I wished for- a sleek blowout. She was an absolute joy, and I received so many compliments! I wish for several reasons I lived in Galway, and the number one being so this could be my home hair salon! Truly a lovely experience from start to finish!"
