"Room is basic. Ok for a night. Quite close to town."
"2nd time staying here, great location, host Graham super accommodating and friendly, accommodation perfectly clean and comfortable. Any overnight stay in Waterford, this is where I'll be."
"First of all room was supposed to be a king and two twin beds. We got a king a twin and a cot. Then we were told he would only accept cash. This was not told to us prior to our arrival. We were never told that breakfast was not included until we arrived. Although there was a definite attempt to clean the room it was in bad shape with cracks in the wall, stained towels etc. Very unhappy with our stay from the beginning. This is the worst place we stayed in Ireland and we stayed in 5 different pla bed and breakfasts during our stay."
"No breakfast although it was advertised as provided. No towels until day 2, bedside light not working, no toiletries other than nearly empty bottle of Cien hand wash. Marks on duvet. Was charged 100 euros as a deposit, then had to pay full price in cash on arrival - was told refund for deposit was processed. Am still waiting for refund of 100 euros. The only positive was the location - but being on a busy road it was noisy."
"I booked my stay through Airbnb, but I would recommend calling and speaking with Graham directly or booking another way. Graham was very accommodating and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and the B&B is obviously well cared for. Close to bus stops and within walking distance to many shops and eateries."
