"Waste of time, rude staff. I ordered some food for delivery over the phone on 19/03/23 around 7. After an hour there was no food. I called the store. I was told it would be there in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I called again as there was still no food and I said I wasn't happy and that I wouldn't pay full price for food that was out for over an hour as it would be cold. Instead of trying to help me, this young man hung up on me. I tried to call back and it seems as if my number is now blocked because it won't connect. Absolute disgrace. Thankfully I ordered over the phone and was going to pay at the door so my money wasn't wasted. I am usually a happy customer at apache pizza but I ordered dominos tonight instead as no staff member would help me and I won't be ordering from apache again unless this is made right."

"Be very careful when paying especially after a night out. Numerous times it has happened to me and friends where they’ll tell you the total but have a higher total on the card machine. Last week my total was doubled and when I showed my apple wallet notification they handed me back the difference in cash without any explanation."
