"I ordered from this restaurant on the last night of my break away to Galway. The food was 30 minutes late and and was freezing cold when it arrived. The driver did not say anything with regards to the late delivery and when we seen the state of the food our evening had been ruined even more. I had been in contact with just eat for them to sort this but they need a manager from this place to confirm a refund but the manager is supposedly never around. Service is completely laughable and the food is downright terrible. Word of advice for anyone thinking of buying from here: STAY CLEAR!!!!"
"The stubborn manager refused to refund me the next day after my food had arrived cold an hour late and 2 hours since order confirmation. The cold coke cans arrived warm. The food itself is bland and mediocre at best, with half the pizza being almost crust as each slice had at least 3 inches of crust, felt as if I was eating a loaf of bread half the time, cheap ways to cut corners to not give toppings. The sauces were measly filled to half way in the small containers, the fries inedible and tasteless and the goujons were no better than store bought frozen breaded chicken breast. Subpar Deli quality in general. The restaurant takes no responsibility or accountability for its cheap strategies to save a penny or to provide a fair and honest service and to justify their over the top prices."
"We ordered food from here as they said it was open. They never delivered the food after 2 hours and never responded to any of our calls, Deliveroo also tried to contact them. Perhaps the food is good but If you never deliver then how can we know."
"Fast Delivery and great value! Ordered last night and had my food arrive in 40 minutes, which is great when I live on the other side of town. Really handy that I could add in items from Londis too with no extra delivery charge. portions were all a good size., and everything was delicious."
