"I'm devastated with the condition of my nails after getting them done here. Unfortunately this was the first time I got gel nails (in a different salon) and I couldn't get an appointment to get them removed so I went to eternal beauty on a friend's recommendation. I had very strong, long nails before getting them removed. As this was my first time getting them removed, I didn't know how this was normally done. The technician in dooradoyle used a drill nail file and obviously went down too far and now my nails are so weak. I'm getting married in 4 weeks and I'm so upset by it. I didn't realize until I got home and googled how to remove them that they should not use this drill at all because it damages the nail. I'm now looking up every remedy possible to try to improve my nails in 4 weeks. If I could give zero stars I would. I should have researched it before going in so I would have known to stop her when I saw the drill . They obviously just want to get the job done as quickly as possible. It's put me off ever getting my nails done again."

"I met a fabulous beautician called Susan who I highly recommend. She but my mind @ ease, she is very logical, very good to explain the procedure & after care including results. She really wants the customer to get full benefit. The procedure I had done requires a bit of down time, all this was explained, within three months I will have full effects of the treatment. She gave me after care and was very generous with the price. Today I already see some result, I am very happy with how everything was handled, my experience was excellent, I highly recommend Susan and eternal beauty"
