"Tried to book a patch test over the phone. Staff were friendly but needed a deposit. I wasn't comfortable giving payment details over the phone (in fairness most merchant accounts prohibit this for security reasons). Was advised I could book online and pay the deposit there. I tried the online form but it kept telling me my name was incorrect so I couldn't make the booking. I give up. Seems silly to loose out on potentially hundreds of euros in treatment because of the need for a 20 euro deposit."
"Got an eyebrow wax and tint in primrose two days ago. my eyes are after swelling and a rash that has burned off some of my eyebrow hair.I am not happy at all with the service , the girl was using a stick that looked like it was used many times before and overall equipment being used didn’t look sanitary"
