"Staff were friendly and they get through the queues quickly. The test itself was fast. Lots of other cars being tested due to all of the backlogs. The test took about 20 minutes and the tester will give you your cert at the end if you passed. If there's anything that you failed on, they detail any issues and how to get a retest."
"I sat waiting for a visual on my licence plate lights for over an hour until I went up and asked. My car was finished and passed, but they never came to tell me and left me sitting there. The original NCT was fine, but this was unprofessional."
"The test will be completed in 20 to 30 mins, if there are not many queues, else you need to wait. We need to park our car in any of the 3 lanes which has less vehicles. Then we need to proceed to the reception and they will check for your driving licence and then they will give you a receipt if you have paid online. Else you need to pay at the centre and get the receipt. Once you receive the receipt go to the car and place the receipt and the car key in the dashboard. The mechanic will come and take your car inside for the testing, you can view what testing he is doing. The waiting room is also open now. We can wait inside until the test is completed. Once the test is completed the mechanic will give you the report and car key. Also there is a small shop outside where you can get coffee."
