"We booked the car in last Tuesday to get work done for the following Thursday. I told the young lad on the phone what work needed to be done as per NCT, exact details car make everything. Car goes in Thursday at 9.30am get a call at 3.30pm to say didn't have the part to do the car. Find out they only ordered the part that day and they took out old part without having new part. Said we have two young children that need to go to school and partner needs to go to work at 8 and have no way of getting there, he says not his fault I told him we'd need it back and he said its really dangerous but he'll put it back and we can take it home and he hung up the phone on me.What a waste of time and what a rude unprofessional man, would never go back the sad thing is it's the second time he's done that kept the car cuz he didn't have the part. Don't go here!"
"Great no fuss honest run business. Knowledgeable owner and mechanics and good value for money work done here. I even come here if a bulb needs replacing or a tyre needs fixing. My only long term mechanic now after series of other cowboys almost wrecked my car."
