"Excellent service. Turned up on the day due to a horrendous squealing noise coming from the front wheel. Turns out it was a tiny stone caught in the brake disc. The car was on and off the ramp within 20mins. My wife was so impressed she gave Pat the box of chocolates I was looking forward to munching on that evening. Oh well. Thanks so much Pat. Saved our holiday."

"Went in for an emergency repair as I was just visiting Cobh. Pat was really flexible and looked at my car within less than an hour wait. The heat shield on my exhaust was dangling off and I was just hoping for a temporary solution to allow me to continue my journey. Pat found a permanent solution to the problem. Very nice guy too. "Very rude, rang to get pricing on labour side of fitting disks & pads. Said he wouldn't do the job as I got the parts already, (obviously they are losing out as they can't charge me extra on parts), everyone knows this is how mechanics work, no issue with this really. Anyway, asked could he still do the job and how much would it be, went on about how he wouldn't give me a price as it could be 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours, keep in mind this job takes max 3 hours and I made him aware of this, he then said ''I think you are dealing with the wrong garage'' and hung up. I guess he wasn't too happy that I knew my stuff, Great Island Motors much easier to deal with no issues or rudeness from them, I guess that is why they are an actual garage whereas Pat is working out of a shed."
