"I ordered a regular americano with a dash of hot milk. The server said €4.40. For a regular americano? The hot milk is €1.20 extra she said.....so I used cold milk instead. To add insult to injury I then had to ask for a cloth and spray to clean my own table! What a joke."

"Don't often go here (Ballincollig) as seating right at centre of mall + feels like a "Pen" with the half wall but was passing today + I decided to get a frozen coffee. It is easily the worst one EVER and I have tried many this summer so far, didn't even blend the ice!! Very small selection of food sweet or savoury. Also have a deal for muffin/scone and coffee for only....... "€5.10", seriously!?, everyone is going to be looking for the 10 cent and if they don't find it yere loose change will be used up quickly. please rethink this and suffer the ten cent for sm positive public opinion + peace of mind!"
