"After an injury some a few years ago I developed knee pain, swelling and restriction of movement in my left knee. Using heat/cold treatments, anti-inflammatory and pain medications relieved the symptoms however; they always recocurred. On the advice of a colleague I decided to try Bowen Therapy & Gerard Boyle as Bowen Practitioner. After the first & second sessions (10 days apart) with rest and using the gentle exercises Gerard recommended the pain and swelling subsided and gradually i regained movement and was back walking again.
