"If I could give 0, I would. Placed an order during the Christmas break.I just checked in after hearing nothing for 3 days and received a short, snappy response - Red Flag No.1 The owner advised that I should receive it first week of January, guess what? She supposedly forgot to add the postage label so it was returned to the delivery depot. Not one apology from her, just a "ok panic over" and that it would be resent properly this time. Friday 5th arrives and still no sign of it!! As this was a gift for a friend's birthday last Sunday, I reached out again, and was told that there was no tracking number because of the way that it was sent???? But that she was going to send a second parcel by express post and that it should be delivered by Monday latest. Monday 9th arrives and still no sign of the parcel. I reach out again to request a refund and no apology or any empathy, she just sent a screenshot of the tracking information and pushed blame onto myself and An Post. She also said that the same thing must have happened with first order, even though she admitted previously to messing up, by not adding a postage label to it. To make matters worse, she refused to refund me right away and had the audacity to tell me to contact An Post for her and ask them to return the package to her and then, only then would she refund me. At no point did she accept any responsibility for what happened. Even now, she is still saying that it all happened because of failed delivery attempts from An Post. I work from home and am home 24/7. Imagine being blamed for this on top of everything else? The only mistake that I made was ordering from her in the first place. She also called me "aggressive", simply because I asked for my money back. Please do not waste your hard earned money with this company. I was treated like absolute garbage since I placed the order and my friend never even received her gift, how embarrassing!!!! I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and have never experienced such atrocious, unprofessional behaviour in my life. Far better companies out there, who actually care about their customers. AVOID!!!!!"

"I have tried most of the Inner Zen products and love every single one of them. I have dry skin with uneven tones, I’ve tried multiple brands in the past but the best by far is the Inner Zen range. If I had to pick a couple of favourites they’d be the Melting Cleansing Balm (amazing for makeup removal) and the Overnight Elixir which just leaves my skin feeling so smooth and really evens out my skin tone. The packaging is to die for but also sustainable, which is just another amazing factor!! Customer experience 10/10 also"
