"Horrified with treatment from Waterstones, couldn't discourage anyone enough to go somewhere else. Myself and my partner were kept in dark re treatment options over nearly a year of paying for treatment with them, with tragic consequences for us as our baby girl passed away after 13 weeks. Newer fertility clinics in operation are far more cutting edge when it comes to treatment options and are transparent about options available. I really recommend doing some research re other providers and avoiding Waterstones at all costs. I regret not reading Waterstones Google reviews before starting treatment with them... shocking breach of trust in terms of their lack of transparency related to your treatment, they are archaic in their approach to treatment, potentially incompetent and terrible waste of everything really to say the least. Rang Waterstones last week to complain and still have not heard a word back, apparently their medical director was due to ring me, however we have just got radio silence."

"From start to finish a terrible experience(2years). Going through ivf is hard enough without the added stress of constantly being given wrong information. Wanting to talk or discuss your care with a consultant is like asking for a million Euro. 99% of staff have no social skills and are very cold. Nothing personal in the care. Just felt like a number. They are too busy and take on too many patients. Money driven instead of patient individual care."

"If I was beginning my fertility journey again I would have gone with another clinic.Very poor support from Waterstones, the nurses discourage you always when you ask to speak to a consultant. I found Waterstones to be very much money oriented. I was a patient for 2 years + developed no relationships with any of the nurses or staff, it was impossible to as I was always introduced to a new nurse at my appointments which made the whole journey more difficult and the whole experience very cold and impersonal. Each appointment i attended felt like my first. My whole journey was negative and from speaking to others who have attended this clinic they had similar experiences."
