"I have been a patient for many years and I'm absolutely delighted with the service. I've been seriously ill but also had minor little things and I've always been treated with such professionalism. The receptionists, of which one is Tara, are a delight to deal with, if there is anything that doesn't require me to go in for, like repeat prescription or similar they deal with it and send them to my pharmacy, never had to call twice for anything. I get they could come across as gate keeping to other patients but they don't want to waste any ones time, doc or patients. I've got a great relationship with Dr Sara, she always listens intently, never moves me along during the appointment."

"Wouldn't go to any other GP. Have been a patient of Dr Susan McLoughlin since 2015 and I now bring my baby there too. She is efficient, reassuring and understanding. She has a great manner and I found it very easy to build a relationship with her as a doctor. She really knows her stuff and I trust her judgement completely. Reception staff always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Nurse Orla Dorgan is a fantastic nurse also with lots of practical advice around breastfeeding. Great practice, I would recommend highly."

"I heard that the doctors are brilliant, but despite being a new patient there I was unable to speak with them. A member of reception staff named Louise was unbelievably unprofessional and obstructionist. It is not their job to gatekeep to the point that a patient cannot get a refill on vital medication, but that is what they were doing. They made assumptions, demanded information they had no right to, and relayed incorrect information about call back times and instructions. She hung up the phone while I was asking a question. She did this more than once and it was shocking. Because of this I was trying to speak only to the doctor, but she made that impossible. I understand that we are all going through a difficult time, but my previous GP's staff never behaved in such a fashion. It was absolutely unconscionable. Update: I eventually got to see Dr. McLaughlin. Other than the racist "joke" she made, she was professional. However, she did not respond well to my anger over the behaviour of her staff. After 2 visits, I started seeing "Dr. Monica", who was wonderful. However, Dr. McLaughlin sent in a letter to the HSE saying that the doctor and patient relationship had broken down. This is something that doctors do that patients cannot contest. It was cowardly and unprofessional. I don't know if it was simply because I am a Medical Card holder or because she was unwilling to manage her staff and was unable to deal with criticism of their appalling behaviour. Either way, she should be absolutely ashamed of her conduct. 100% disgusting."

"I've been a patient, specifically of Dr. McLoughlan for 7 years now. I couldn't be happier. I've built up a wonderful professional relationship with my doctor and feel like I'm in the best of care. Any time I've had to see another Doctor it's been seamless. Administration staff are efficient and will do their utmost to have you seen ASAP. Throughout Covid I felt incredibly safe coming in and honestly having seen first hand some of the attitudes of people in and out to the Surgery in the brief periods I have been there I cannot commend every member of staff enough. Highly highly recommend."

"Always well looked after by Dr Susan for over 5 years now. The communication has always been easy. She takes her time at appointments and I would safely say my health is in very good hands with her. I find the reception area is very good with communication also. Would happily recommend this medical centre."
