"I rang the shop the other day as I was looking for information about the mobile shop that comes around and for contact information for the sales rep. I believe I was speaking to mark on the phone who was very helpful and understanding. He gave me the sales reps contact info straight away. Once I rang George (sales rep) he was also very helpful and obliging. He took my details and and rang back with a date he would be in my area. Came today with everything I was looking for and more. "Very poor equipment quality, it broke down just after two weeks of use. They have taken it for repair for the last month, and I am not being updated if it is repaired or not. I have been contacting Kevin, but everytime he's to ring back with more information and he never does. I need to know more information as it is over a month now. Same situation with a colleague of mine, equipment broke down after a few weeks of use. Could you follow up with Kevin and let me know please."
