"update for 2022-10-09 Been dealing with Sven since and have purchased more tech from him, he's still providing a great service and great prices on high end computer components. Keep up the good work! 2020: tl;dr super approachable; very knowledgable; got me an RTX 3080 on launch week even though they are like hen's teeth. Sven at PC Spare Parts Ireland was a pleasure to work with. He has a passion for computing, gaming, and tech in general so he knows what suits the buyer's needs. When I first approached him, I was a little behind in the PC gaming scene but he brought me up to speed quickly and had links and YT videos at hand to give me more information. I asked for a mid-range build at first so I could get a base machine together to get a feel for things. What he picked was good bang for the buck and I knew then that Sven knew what he was at and had good prices to boot. I finally got a real price in my head, and with the RTX 3080 coming decided on a build worthy of that. Sven and I worked on the specific parts over a number of days and we decided on the final specs and components. During the process he answered all my questions very quickly and was always willing to assist and offer multiple products of similar spec. There were some little issues that were not Sven's fault, such as PSU not being available, but Sven did his best to source from other supplier or source a great alternative. When all was done and invoiced, I was very happy with the final price. I don't think I could have possibly sourced the components myself for the same price, it really was that good. When the final build was ordered, he kept me in the loop about the progress, such as even if the RTX 3080 was even available and helping navigate all that. To my delight I got the GPU assigned and the components were shipped shortly after. For after-support, Sven has been proactive, asking me how the build was going and made sure everting was good. Even when I was registering the GPU warranty, he supplied extra details so I could get it registered, even though he didn't have to. He had a genuine interest in how I was getting on with it, not many stores like that these days. Overall, I highly recommend Sven at PC Spare Parts Ireland for gaming PC builds, tech in general, and great prices."

Shortly after completing the order, I've received an email that it was placed in Sven's distributor in Germany.
