"Absolute disgrace. No compassion, no concern for the patient. The pain specialist I saw there did a basic range of movement test, did not employ any scanning technology, offered me steroids, which I declined. The physiotherapist already did a range of movement test but this woman costs 3 times as much at 180 euro. Complete charlotan She also wrote in my report that's she thinks there's a major psychological component to my shoulder and spinal pain.(which occurred from an impact) in others words shes saying it's mostly in my head. I told her how i experience pain and discomfort when I sit down. A minute later she rudely says "do you have trouble sitting still or something? Atrocious and unforgivable"

"They don't accept private patients event if you pay in advance. They just waste your time (3 weeks), they pretend they lost your referral from the GP and they ask you for a copy but they ask you to send it thru the post mail as they don't accept emails. At the end, after going there in person to provide a copy of the referral they ask you to await for their phone call and after some days if you call them to ask what happened, they just reject you as they are not sure you can afford to pay. Even if you offer to pay in advance. They don't know who was Hippocrates. Don't waste your time there. Edited: I just realised their web page specifically states they accept non insured private patients (obviously if you pay). So their assistant is extremely incompetent."

"I paid this clinic 200 euros for a 10 min chat with the endocrinologist to tell me I was fine. I travelled abroad and visited an endocrinologist there and she found I was suffering from multiple conditions, this was confirmed by another GP and an imagistics doctor. Very disappointed"

"The Cork clinic is located on the Western Road and contains offices for a variety of medical practitioners. Block A and B are two storey with toilet facilities. There is a car park located on site €2.50 for 1 hour or €4.00 for two hours. Spaces are limited though."
