This company is in business 28 years, survived 3 recession and have never closed there doors during covid and also kept everyone employed. In regards, to the few negative reviews I would like to point out that this company have thousands and thousands of customers all over the 32 counties. I would like to point out that only dissatisfied customers are people who did not, or would not pay for the product. or services that are provided. For a company like this , they give a 7 day, 24 hour services and the people who post these terrible and untrue comments are only telling there side of the story. As the saying goes, you'll please all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you will never please all of the people all of the time."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a fryer for €550 online and was sent a different fryer than the one I bought. Fryer I received was less than €200 in value and completely different to the one I purchased. Very disappointed with the company still no refund or new fryer. I hate giving any business a bad review but it's merited."
