"Bought fillet of lamb here today when I got home discovered it was best before tomorrow. (My own fault) Went back in to exchange it and they wouldn't do that. After 20 mins no exchange on fresh products. I can understand this but in fairness it would take me most of an hour to get home and back in again. Don't know how often I have seen fresh products being picked up off other shelves or at the till when other people dump it and I'd bet its put straight back into the fridge. Very disappointed with Dunnes always do big shop there every week. Nows a good as time as any to shop around."
"Dunnes in macroom is great. Colourful and easy to shop. Dunnes in Killarney is a nightmare. The building feels tired. Clothes are very dark en weird displayed. Fitting rooms dusty and hooks for clothes missing and full of clothes from costumers. By asking manager he said he couldn't do anything. Needs improvement ."
"Dunnes cafe in Macroom is really nice place, queue was long but in fairness it moved quite quickly. Ordered food and was not waiting long (only maybe 5-7 mins) and it was tasty! The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating, especially the person on the till that I had the pleasure of talking to. Couldn’t think of a complaint even if I tired. Amazing place!!"
"Today we were Happy to see a place to eat and relax in Dunnes Stores, There was very little to order. So we only had Chips., Tea Coffee. The wait was so long. The tables, flooring needed cleaning. Another customer came up to us and said its along wait..... He also was dissatisfied. Finally got our order. Okay.. DUNNES USED TO DO Lovely food and a good meue choice. NOT HERE.."
"Nice big store - only went to clothes section. Great bargains, friendly staff. Each time we visit we either get coffee or a small snack. Despite there being 4 staff in the café, the service was incredibly slow - this is always the case here. I would've given 5 star rating if it weren't for the restaurant service. Never a problem parking here as there's a big car park"
