"It was lashing rain I just finished work so I Ordered a cab and they said he’ll be a few minutes , 30 minutes passed no sign of him so I rang again they said he’s on the way he’ll be a few minutes then 1 hour passed so I rang again and they didn’t answer twice they are all ignorant working their wouldnt have the decency to give me a time just saying hell be a few minutes I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone"

"Extremely personal and professional on the calls. Use this service regularly because drivers are always on time and never an issue . One weekend when alot of concerts on in June they accommodated us both Friday and Saturday night at peak busy times and got our visitors back to the hotel with no long wait. "Rang looking for mini bus...man was nice and trying to accommodate..but wanted to put 4 adults, 4 20kg luggage and our hand luggage in a car... When I said that wouldn't work as 2 of the adults were elderly, a woman in the background kept shouting " leave her off"...and then they hung up....rude isn't the word. ..miserable more like it !"
