"Needed a new charger for my laptop that i bought here 5 years ago. Walked in the door was greeted straight away told the assistant what i was looking for he brought me to where they were and double checked that it would work for my model of laptop. Then brought me to the till he carried the box for me as i had my son in his car seat in my arms. I paid and the charger is working away for me. Less than 5 minutes in there. Always a pleasure to deal with the lads in soundstore i go to them for pretty much everything i can."

"From purchase, where the salesman ( was a chef in past job) name I can't remember, he recommended a ninja foodi max 9 in 1 , and told us it would suit our family, my word he was so right, I love it.
